FreeCAD

Full Description: 

Parametric modeling allows you to easily modify your design by going back into your model history and changing its parameters. FreeCAD is open source (LGPL license) and completely modular, allowing for very advanced extension and customization. Gobby

Full Description: 

Gobby is a free and open source application where multiple users can log into the same ‘session’ to collaborate on text documents with one another.  Gobby is similar to Goole Docs in that more than one individual can work collaboratively on the same document at the same time.  Each user is identified by a different color.  This allows the all users to distinguish what changes are being made and who is making them.  Not only can multiple users edit at the same time, but multiple documents can be collaborated on simultaneously.  These documents are separated individually where users can tab between the documents.  For convenience, Gobby is accessible for various platforms (e.g., Windows, Mac, and Linux).

toMOTko

toMOTko is a small flashcard application for learning foreign language vocabulary. It's specifically designed for people learning one or more foreign languages. Unicode support is convenient for japanese, korean or chinese characters, etc. It's available for multiple platforms: Windows, MacOS, Linux, Zaurus and some Nokia phones. The interface is available in French, English, Spanish, and partially in German and Japanese.

Java Stencil Report

TiddlyWiki

Full Description: 

It's a unique wiki that people love using to keep ideas and information organised.
TiddlyWiki is written in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to run on any reasonably modern browser without needing any Server Side logic. It allows anyone to create personal Self-Contained hypertext documents that can be published to a Web Server, sent by email, stored in a DropBox or kept on a USB thumb drive to make a WikiOnAStick. Because it doesn't need to be installed and configured, it makes a great GuerillaWiki.

Sigil

Full Description: 

Sigil is a free and open source editor for the EPUB format. It is designed for easy, WYSIWYG editing of EPUB files and for converting other formats to EPUB. It also provides features for advanced users, like direct XHTML, CSS and XPGT editing. You can use it to add any of the metadata entries supported by the EPUB specification and create a hierarchical Table of Contents.

The editor works on all three major platforms: Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.

Sigil is a work in progress, and as such is still missing many features. If you have the programming skills, you can directly contribute to its development. Even if you don’t, just using Sigil and reporting any bugs or missing features on the issue tracker will go a long way towards making it a better application for everyone.
