How will I use it?
Ubuntu One can be used to share document files with staff members at work.  Allowing all of us to collaborate on the same document without having to email revised documents back-and-forth will be a huge selling point.  Our current system consists of the document’s originator drafting a file and then passing it onto the next individual for revision.  This circulates through several individuals to get input.  Revisions are made along each step of the way and a finalized document is generated with everyone’s suggestions.  As you can imagine, this method is extremely time consuming and an inefficient way to collaborate on a single assignment.  Ubuntu One will not only aid in the efficiency of circulating and collaborating on assignments within the office, but will save on computer/server storage space with its 5 GB of included space.

Why did I choose this?
Ubuntu One was chosen for the following various reasons:
-better collaboration method for staff members
-sharing of documents
-free storage space
-more storage space compared to other cloud storage applications
-back-up plan in case network issues arise where documents are typically stored
-operates on cross platforms, on various devices
-useful for teacher & students to share documents in the school environment as well as working professionals
